We are looking for a new full time (40 hours) Head of Care to join our friendly team here at Heathlands Care Home.

Job Purpose

As part of the overall staff team at the home, to play a full part in the provision of the highest possible standards of care and service to all of the residents.


Person Specification

  • ·         NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care, or above

    ·         Minimum of 5 year’s employment in a care role

    ·         Medications Management and Medication Qualification NCFE level 2

    ·         Knowledge and understanding of the person centred care planning process.

    ·         Respectful, courteous and compassionate nature

    ·         Strong communication skills both written and oral

    ·         Able to lead, supervise and manage a team
