We are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to join our bank staff.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will show warmth and support to the residents, helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care. Your main responsibilities will be to provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing, giving personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene, accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident’s conditions, informing the Nurse on duty of any changes and responding accordingly, serving meals and assisting our residents as necessary.

Ideally you will have some experience in the Healthcare sector although we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role.

However we would also be interested to hear from applicants who have no prior experience, but have a caring nature and are looking to pursue a career in the Healthcare sector. The Canford Healthcare Group provides all employees the opportunity to develop their career by gaining appropriate qualifications, for example NVQ’s Level 2 & 3.
